Energy is something we all love having but can't always keep around as much as we would like. So how do we get and keep energy more consistantly? Keeping our bodies healthy with a balance of movement and restoration is important.
Keeping a regular program of intentional movement that includes flexibility as well as strength is hugely important. Having ways to calm your mind is also good rest. With busy lifestyles it is easy to get wrapped up in the hustle and bustle, which is why it is important to make the time for you to take care of you. That is not selfish, it's survival.
